London's HIU specialist — plans from £25/mo

Total HIU Protection

Join London's dedicated HIU care network. One fixed monthly fee — no surprise repair bills, priority response, and unlimited callout claims. Plans from £25/month, with a free initial inspection to get you started.

Why Choose a Service Plan?

An emergency HIU repair can cost £300–£600 in parts and labour — sometimes more. A service plan turns that unpredictable expense into a small, fixed monthly cost. From just 83p a day, you get priority access to our engineers and full labour cover, whenever you need it.

Save Money Long-Term

One emergency repair often costs more than a full year on plan. Spread the cost and eliminate surprise bills.

Priority Response

Plan customers go to the front of the queue. We aim to respond to callouts within 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Peace of Mind

Know exactly what you're covered for. No haggling over repair quotes — just call us and we come out.

Extend Your HIU's Life

Regular attention and fast fault resolution keeps your HIU running efficiently for longer, delaying costly replacement.

Callout Excess Policy

All service plans include a fixed callout excess. Here's exactly how it works, what it covers, and when it applies — no small print surprises.

Fixed Excess Amount

£60

per callout claim, inc VAT

Charged once per fault claim — not per engineer visit. Payable at the time of booking. Non-refundable regardless of outcome.

What the Excess Covers

  • Engineer attendance at your property
  • Full fault diagnosis and investigation
  • All labour for covered repairs
  • Use of specialist tools and test equipment
  • Any follow-on visits for the same fault at no extra charge

When the Excess Applies

  • Each reactive callout for a new reported fault
  • Fault attendances where the repair cannot be completed on that visit
  • Diagnosis visits where parts need to be ordered
  • Emergency callouts outside standard response windows

When the Excess Does NOT Apply

  • Your annual HIU service visit (VIP plan)
  • Planned maintenance or inspections
  • Return visits to fit a part ordered during the same claim
  • Follow-on visits to complete the same repair already claimed
  • The initial free inspection when you sign up

Parts & Materials

  • Basic plan: parts quoted at cost price, approved by you before ordering
  • Advanced & VIP plans: all HIU internal parts fully included
  • Non-covered repairs (e.g. tertiary systems) quoted separately — no work proceeds without your approval
  • All parts we fit carry a 12-month warranty

Why do we charge an excess? Your plan includes priority access to our engineers and full labour cover for every fault. The £60 excess per callout helps us maintain fast response times and keep your monthly plan cost as low as possible — while ensuring that the service is used for genuine faults. Think of it the same way as a car insurance excess: the cover is there when you need it, the excess keeps the premium affordable.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I sign up for a service plan?
Call us on 020 3951 5133 or email contact@collidegroup.co.uk. We'll arrange a free initial HIU inspection to assess eligibility. Cover begins once the inspection is complete and your first direct debit has been collected.
Is there a callout charge on service plans?
Yes — a fixed excess of £60 applies to every callout claim, regardless of the outcome. This is charged once per claim, even if multiple engineer visits are needed to resolve the same fault.
What does the £60 excess actually cover?
The excess covers the engineer's attendance, full fault diagnosis, all labour for covered repairs, and use of specialist tools. It is charged once per fault — not per visit. If we need to return to fit a part we've ordered, that return is part of the same claim at no extra charge.
Are replacement parts included?
Parts are not included on the Basic plan and will be quoted at cost price before any work begins. On the Advanced and VIP plans, all HIU internal parts are fully covered.
What is the minimum contract term?
All plans have a 12-month minimum term. After that, either party can cancel with 30 days' written notice.
What's the difference between Advanced and VIP?
VIP includes a FREE annual HIU service (worth £120) and a guaranteed 4-hour response time, 7 days a week. VIP callouts are also handled ahead of all other plan tiers.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time by contacting us in writing. The new rate applies from your next billing date.
What HIU brands are covered?
All major brands — Danfoss, SAV, Switch2, Caleffi, Alfa Laval, Heatweb, Thermal Integration, Redan and others. Eligibility is confirmed at the initial inspection.
What happens if my HIU is end of life?
If the annual service reveals the unit has reached end of life, we'll provide a written report and may offer a separate quotation for a new HIU installation.
