What the Excess Covers

When the Excess Applies
- Each reactive callout for a new reported fault

- Your annual HIU service visit (VIP plan)
- Planned maintenance or inspections

Free Inspection
We arrange a free initial inspection (worth £120). A £120 refundable deposit is held for the 14-day cooling-off period, then returned automatically.
